So, the pic in my last post was taken back in 2005.  Below are photos from Christmas 2012 when the car was first pulled from moth balls.  Work began quickly, as I tore into the front and rear suspensions to determine what the final geometry and ride height would look like in order to accommodate the Porsche 356 A model replica wheels I planned to run.





Getting the car out after 7 years was FANTASTIC!!!  It of course didn't run, but my plans for this project have been in R&D every since I left home, so you can imagine my excitement.  

With plans for a ground up, nut-and-bolt restoration, I bought a 97 Chevy Tahoe and a 16x8' enclosed car trailer for transportation to and from the body shop, and eventually, shows and events.
